Absolutely enormous pizzas with very unique flavors. In fact, too unique for me that I got to drop them from 4 stars down to 3. There was something that I just didn't like about their sausage. The barbeque pizza was very good though and I would recommend it. Given that you are in SnowMass the prices were very reasonable as well.

My turkey sub was delicious and very colorful. I only dropped a star because it seemed like they needed at least one more employee to keep up with the demand for clean tables and service.

Best pizza I've ever had. Super friendly service. Amazing spinach salad and breadsticks.

Close to Viceroy and walking distance from it. Had Pizza and salads here the day we arrived. The large 18'' one was around $22 ; we had leftovers for the next day. The smaller 8" ones cost about $11. Good value for Snowmass area. Freshly made, so it takes time from order to getting the meal. The pizza or salad was nothing much to write about, but not bad. Friendly staff who gave pointers for places to visit!

Our meals were great! Large portions without the enormous resort price tag and everything tasted really good. They have great pizza, salad, and sub selections and they're all prepared well. The beer selection is great and at a great low price for the area. Our service wasn't slow, but we are here in the summer and a weeknight. Very happy with our meals.

We wanted a quick lunch after maroon Bell hike and this was perfect 14 inch pizza and salad for 3. Everything was fresh.

I'm from Chicago, and pizza is something I've come to live and know. Tasters beats any Chicago thin crust I have ever had. Hands down. The menu is so creative and they let you get crafty. We had the Canadian bacon and green peppers on ours and it was PERFECTION. Nothing like tasters to end a day of snowboarding! The staff is friendly and kind, welcoming to all the tourists. The inside of the place is simple in style but has its own personality. The pizza itself can win numerous awards!

The service is great, the pizza dough is good, and the place is super friendly. Try the Stromboli... It's amazing. This place is perfect for the wallet also, at least for the area.

Awesome pizza - always worth any wait they may have. You can pay by card when they deliver (drivers are always the best!) and order online now, which is relatively new. Big fan of the sheer bliss pizza, chopped salad (basically an antipasto salad), calzones, and even their basic cheese pizza is awesome. This is also the only place open in the off season and thank god for that!

Only come here if you've got hours to kill and no hungry kids. Service is horrendous and the wait for food is unreasonable.

Very friendly staff, good food, great prices. If you're not a needy angry person you will have a great experience.

Surprisingly divey pizza place in the Snowmass area. Six of us stopped in here after finishing our legs of the Ragnar Relay. We ordered 3, 18-inch pizzas - cheese, veggie, and the Big Daddy (pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, salami, and Canadian bacon). The crust was crispy on the bottom with a chewy edge and the toppings on the veggie and Big Daddy were fresh. If you are a meat lover, the Big Daddy is definitely the way to go - who can argue with a pizza topped with 5 different kinds of meat? We were there around lunch time and Taster's was doing a steady take-out business. If I'm ever back in Snowmass and craving pizza, Taster's is where I'll go.

By far the best pizza in the valley. Friendly staff and low key atmosphere. We ordered the supreme pizza with added jalepenos and garlic...dip it in ranch and you're in taste bud heaven! Not to mention the $5 keystone pitchers are an added plus!

The Italian wedding soup was delicious, and hot without being scalding. The pizza (Sheer Bliss) was excellent--just the right amount of "juiciness." The waitress was very helpful when I asked directions to the Mastodon discovery center. The bathroom was spotless, which speaks well for the place. I enjoyed watching the cook toss dough up in the air and work it expertly. Beer was good, too--came with a slice of lemon I didn't even have to ask for! Enjoyed my time there thoroughly.

There's a reason that Taster's is a local favorite. The pizza is fantastic--crunch crust, gooey cheese--and the salads are excellent. I'd highly recommend the Hawaiian pizza, as they pre-grill the ham and pineapple. This is an excellent choice for budget-minded families and friends.

Awesome, traditional pizza. This place is a hole in the wall with great personality. A must do every time were in Snowmass. Make sure you go with time to wait because it is very small and always crowded. Never had the pasta but all the pizza is delicious.

The pizza is good and so's the spaghettii, but the submarines are, as my mother-in-law might say: "to die for." The freshest bread, wonderful ingredients. The Mangia (the headliner, named after a previous incarnation) may be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Beer and wine, too. Reviewers comment on the decor, and they've a point, but delicious. Very friendly staff. Very reliable food: it's been good for years.

GREAT pizza! Hot, cheesy, and a nice chewy crust. We got the 14 inch "Popper Pizza" which is supposed to be like a Jalapeno Popper, it was delicious. Mozzerella, tomato sauce, chunks of cream cheese, and jalapeno slices on dough. The atmosphere does leave something to be desired, but the service was good. Our "waiter" (I use that term loosely) was a young guy working at a pizza shop... I mean, how happy can you be? But since we were friendly with him, he was friendly with us. No complaints in the service department. They could spruce the place up a bit, by keeping the bus trays out of the dining area, and moving the cleaning supplies to underneath a sink instead of on a shelf in full view of the guests (and next to the packets of tea and hot chocolate). For a drink and a pizza that lasted two people two meals our total was $20. If I am ever back in Snowmass Village this is a place I would love to visit again (or at least order delivery from).

We got pizza and stromboli at Tasters. The pizza was very good with lots of cheese and flavorful toppings. It also reheated well the next day for breakfast and still tasted just as good. The stromboli had a lot of flavor and was very filling. The pizza and stromboli were both very large. Great option to grab and take back to your hotel room for dinner.

Wonderful service and food! Our server was prompt and pleasant. The pizza was savory with lots of cheese and toppings. My side salad was meh, but the customers at the table near ours ordered full size dinner salads that looked phenomenal.

Great pizza, but a bit overpriced. Service was excruciatingly slow. Make sure you have a lot of time to spare if you go. Took over an hour and a half just for pizza, and the restaurant wasn't very busy.

Worst customer service ever. Called to let them know that the wings they delivered were not edible (WAY too hot) - not only did they not respond appropriately, but didn't even ask what they could do to make up for it. SUCH a bummer on the customer service front.

The pizza at Tasters was fantastic! We had the buffalo chicken pizza ( a little spicy but if you take off the jalapenos it calms it down) and the supreme pizza with a side of breadsticks. We were not disappointed. Some of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The service was so-so. Our waitress was not as friendly as we had hoped she would be. It was not busy but she did not spend much time with us. We will definitely be back though.

Just up the road from the condo I was staying at, so I thought I'd try it. Busy week in Snowmass with the Waunderlust conference going on so I stayed away from the base village and upper village. Was pleasantly surprised by the food. Had the cheese calzone and caesar salad. Both were good and inexpensive. Service isn't great. You have to flag the server to order and get your check, but this is not the Ritz. Instead it's a casual, non-pretentious place and a nice change from some of the fancy, crowded Snowmass and Aspen restaurants.

best pizza i've ever had. the place could use a touch up or two - which is to say it has character and makes the pizza taste even better. my type of place.

Good pizza in the Snowmass Village area and most importantly - after a long day on the slopes - they deliver. Pizza arrived fast, piping hot, piled high with toppings. Not a negative, but be forewarned that their large pizzas are huge. Same with the side salads. We laughed at how large they were and probably would have shared one had we known. Anyway, if you're dog-tired after a day on the mountain, I wouldn't hesitate to hit 'em up for a pie.

The food is always great. They have a good buffalo chicken pizza and the salads are always great. The service can be slow, especially when busy, but the Wait staff is always friendly unless you are obnoxious to them. They have some of the lowest beer prices on Snowmass. They also deliver. This is a good respite from all the high end high price places in the area. .

The delivery guy was in a surprisingly good mood, considering we gave him a totally incorrect address by accident. Unfortunately it seemed like he had slammed on the breaks a couple times on his way over - both pizzas were all crumpled up to the side of the box. 2 large pizzas, $40 bucks. Good pizza, a little soggy.

The service kind of sucked and the place has no decor, but the food is pretty damn delicious. I had the Sheer Bliss pizza which is a white pizza with ricotta, parmesan, basil, and garlic. Little skimpy on the basil but the garlic was plentiful. I managed to eat an entire pie on my own, which, actually, isn't saying much seeing as how I eat constantly. But try it, it's very good. Oh, and a Stella is only 2.50. That's kind of a steal.

got a dozen buffalo wings for 8 dollars....they were big and meaty....very little heat to them...i would go back

This is one of your hole in the shopping mall type pizza places. There's virtually no decoration at all. However, the food is quite good and very cheap by Aspen/Snowmass standards. The best way to experience it is to go on a nice day and sit out at their sidewalk tables and order what looks good. You're likely to be happy with the food and the view is awesome...is you can ignore the hotel construction between you and the mountain. Also, I encourage you to roam off the Pizza menu as several of their other Italian specialties are very nice. Oh and they do serve beer on tap.

After a long, tiring day, yummy pizza is exactly what we wanted and it's what we got. The place is beyond casual, as is the waitstaff, but everyone was friendly, with good service.

not only did they deliver to our hotel, but delivered it to our room. it got a little jumbled in transit I think but flavor was great.

This restaurant doesn't look like much. A generic storefront in a generic strip mall. You can imagine my surprise when I found the food to be quite excellent. The decor here is awful. It's like Pizza Hut in the 80s. But if you stick around, you'll be pleased. I got a calzone and Abby W. got a stromboli. Both were freaking enormous and delicious. Lots of cheese, lots of toppings, and a crispy crust. You can't ask for much more. The breadsticks were also very good. I don't know why some people seem to hate on the service here, we didn't go during a busy time but the waitress was quick and helpful. Our cups were never empty and we were never left wanting. The price is great. It seems in Snowmass and Aspen you either deal with supercheap slopeside eateries or super fancy "$43 dollars for a plate of linguini" type establishments. Taster's strikes a nice medium. It's a little dingy, a little sketchy, but if you give it a chance, you'll leave satisfied.

Not very happy with the place. Phone person was very rude, took an hour for the pizza to get delivered and it was very cold and the bread sticks were rock hard. Pizza itself was good once we reheated it in the oven. I would not recommend it.
